Smith recognized for his performance vs. Jackson State

College Football Performance Awards - Week 11 Honors

NORMAL – Alabama A&M’s leading wide receiver Montaurius Smith was recognized by the College Football Performance Award for his accomplishments versus Jackson State.

Smith posted 10 receptions for 110 yards and a touchdown in his second contest this season with 100+ yards and his first with double digit catches.

The Birmingham native has one career contest with 10 or more receptions and three games with 100 or more yards.
For his career the six foot wide out has 94 receptions for 1,180 yards and four touchdowns in two years in the Maroon & White.

This is Smith’s first weekly honor in 2012.
