13 Bulldogs named to All-SWAC College Sports Madness.com Preseason Team

College Sports Madness.com All-SWAC List

NORMAL – Thirteen Bulldog football players were named to the College Sports Madness.com preseason All-SWAC team.

Quarterback Deaunte Mason, wide receiver G’Alonzo Milton, offensive lineman Jamal Johnson-Webb, and kicker Chance Wilson were named to the first-team. Runningback Kaderius Lacey, offensive lineman Justin Goodrich, defensive lineman Tim Tillman and defensiveback Vernon Marshall were named the second-team.

Rounding out the third-team was wide receiver Montarius Smith, tight end Bobby Goldbsy, offensive linemen Joaquenssi Eugene and Alan Cruz and defensive lineman Melvin Payne.

This was Mason, Lacey, Webb, Marshall, Wilson, Milton, Goodrich and Tillman’s second preseason accolade.

“Congratulations to all the players for the recognition,” said 11^th year head coach Anthony Jones. “These players along with the entire team look forward to beginning the 2012 year.”
