NORMAL—Redshirt junior wide receiver Montaurius Smith has earned a College Football Performance award accolade for his performance versus Jackson State.

Smith posted his second hundred yard contest this season with five receptions for 124 yards and two touchdowns. This was a season high for him in yards and touchdowns.

During the 2013 season he has totaled 46 catches for 658 yards and four touchdowns. His longest this season is a 48 yarder versus Southern University.

For his three year career Smith has 145 receptions, 1,878 yards and eight touchdowns.
