NORMAL— Starting running back Barrington Scott was recognized by the College Football Performance awards and chosen as the College Sports Madness.com SWAC Offensive Player of the Week for his performance versus Arkansas-Pine Bluff.

Scott posted season highs with 33 carries, 201 yards and three touchdowns. On the year he has eclipsed the thousand yard mark with 1,004 yards on 229 rushes collecting seven touchdowns along the way.

His longest run of the season was a 35 yards versus Southern University. Scott has three contests where he has rushed for over one hundred yards and six games where he has seen 20 or more carries.

The Ball State transfer has scored 44 points and has 1,079 all-purpose yards.
