Women’s Basketball Heads to the Volunteer State

NORMAL - The Alabama A&M women's basketball team will face the Buccaneers of East Tennessee State on Friday, November 29, at 7:00 p.m., in Brooks Gym, in Johnson City, Tennessee.

A&M enters the game with a 0-4 record and is coming off a 60-32 loss at Alabama.

Twin sisters Alyssa and Brittney Strickland currently lead the Lady Bulldogs with 11.0 and 9.5 points per game, while Alganese Gatson is averaging 4.3 rebounds per contest to lead the Lady Bulldogs on the boards.

A 13-point halftime deficit against the fast-paced Saint Francis Red Flash was too much for the ETSU women's basketball team as a they dropped a 92-79 decision on Sunday afternoon. With the loss, the Buccaneers drop to 1-3 to begin the year.
