Tabb named to All-Tournament team

NORMAL – In only two games during the 2013 Southwestern Athletic Conference post season basketball tournament junior forward Demarquelle Tabb scored 29 points and pulled in 30 rebounds to earn a spot on the All-Tournament team.

For the year the Greensboro, Alabama native has totaled team high in field goals made 164, free throws made 105, 209 defensive rebounds, 97 offensive rebounds, 306 combined boards, 40 assists, 49 blocks, 40 steals and 433 points scored.

He ends his junior year ranked 9^th in scoring (13.9), 1^st in rebounds (9.9), 7^th in field goal percentage (.47%), 11^th in steals (1.3), 3^rd in blocked shots (1.6), 1^st in offensive boards (3.1), 1^st in defensive boards (6.7) and 8^th in minutes played (32.3) all in the conference.

Tabb has posted 15 doubles doubles this season which ranks him among the best all-time in A&M basketball history. He finishes ranked 16^th nationally in rebounds per game and 18^th in double doubles.
