$40,000 presented to A&M Athletics at Annual Bulldog Club Breakfast

NORMAL – The fourth Saturday in July has come and gone and has seen the annual Bulldog Club breakfast. Similar to last year the Alabama A&M Athletics Department received $40,000.00 and will make a pledge for an additional $10,000.00.

The breakfast itself was a gathering of true maroon and white supporters and the coaches and staff from the A&M athletics department.

As always the annual event was a success with attendance reaching over 150.

The gifts will be used to help offset costs, but most importantly, provide scholarship opportunities for Bulldog student-athletes and future recruits that will help grow the Athletics department into the 2014-15 season.

Interested persons looking to join the Bulldog Club can call 256-372-4014 or filling out the pledge card and drop it off to Ms. Bertha Bowers at the George Hobson fieldhouse on the campus of Alabama A&M University.
