Head volleyball coach Nedra Brown was selected as chair of the SWAC Volleyball Coaches for the next two years. Brown will serve as the liaison between the conference and volleyball coaches - assisting in the coordination of meetings, conference calls, and agendas.

"This will be my first time being a committee chair for any organization," said Brown. "This is a good opportunity for me to help our sport excel. I am looking forward to the responsibility and will make sure I do a good job.
