Alisha Wilson, who has led the Bulldogs in rebounds in 14 games this season, garnered the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Player of the Week award after averaging 15 rebounds, 14 points and 2.5 assists per game against Arkansas-Pine Bluff and Mississippi Valley State. The LaVerne, Calif. native shot 72.2 percent (13-of-18) from the floor as the Bulldogs split a pair of conference games on the road.
Wilson pulled down a career-high 24 rebounds, with 14 points on 6-of-9 shooting along with three assists, two blocks and two steals in an 83-67 win over Mississippi Valley State Monday.
