Kalia Walker was selected the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Impact Player of the Week after her performance at the San Diego Thanksgiving Classic where the Bulldogs went 1-1. She posted a season-high 24 points and averaged 13.4 points in two games.

Walker and Pendleton were both key players in the San Diego Thanksgiving Classic, scoring 38 points, including a season high 24 points in the victory against the host team. Walker is the Bulldogs' leading scorer, averaging 13.4 points per game.
