Bulldog Softball Field

The Alabama A&M Softball Complex was completed in 1997. Cyclone fencing encloses the 200 feet down the alley, 210 feet to center field playing surface.

The complex features dual painted home and visitor dugouts, bleacher seating directly behind home plate- providing amazing viewing angles, and a scoreboard that sits behind the right field wall.
The spacious Maroon & White painted dugouts include a hydration table and cubicles for player’s in-game necessities.
Its newest additions include a newly installed infield surface and caged bullpens outside the field along the third base foul line.

The Lady Bulldogs have played in several big games at home since the complex was built, but none bigger than that against in state rival Alabama State on March 30, 2012 when a two-game swept helped secure their place in the post-season tournament for the first time since the 2008 season.
