Final Stats

Nashville, Tenn. - Alabama A&M ended its tour through the SEC and Big 12 Friday with an 86-47 loss at Vanderbilt. It was the Bulldogs final game before opening the SWAC season at home vs. Grambling on Tuesday. A&M has lost three straight games, but all three have come against power conference schools in the SEC and Big 12. The Bulldogs are 5-6 overall and four of those losses have been to teams from those two leagues. Trant Simpson continued his stellar play at Vandy leading the team with 17 points and eight assists. Mickell Gladness blocked seven shots on the defensive end.
