Alberta and Kanda head team to victory

Alabama A&M shut out Texas Southern Saturday when it posted a 6-0 win making them undefeated in SWAC play. It was Alberta Annan and Brittan Thomas that started the Bulldogs on their way when they posted back-to-back goals nine minutes into action. Leading 2-0 Belinda Kanda wanted in on the action and scored the next two goals for the half leaving the score 4-0.

Annan started the second half with an open shot on goal while Kanda ran past the goalie for the final goal of the game. With control of the field most of the game the Bulldogs had a total of 49 shots and 16 shots on goal.

Ebonie Johnson remained flawless in goal for Alabama A&M saving both Tiger shots on goal.
