Final Stats

Birmingham, Ala. - Alabama A&M opened its softball season Saturday dropping both games of a doubleheader at Birmingham-Southern. The Panthers won the first game 8-0 on a one-hitter, and scored a 10-2 win in the nightcap. Alice Young and Re'Quincia Mack both homered in the second game for Alabama A&M.

Deb Borcherding took the loss for A&M in game one, and Kristine Miles got the decision in game two.
