Think Pink Night Spells Heartbreak for Bulldogs, ASU Wins 66-65

Katrich Williams returned from injury with a flury Saturday night. The Bulldogs' leading scorer for the season, Williams' runner as time expired on a would-be assist from Christian Malone rimmed out and left Alabama A&M with a sour taste on "Think Pink" night at Elmore Gym. Rival Alabama State, which scored with four seconds remaining on a layup by Assunta Fulgham, escaped with a 66-65 victory. Malone finished with another stellar all-around game with 11 points, four assists, four rebounds, two steals, and a blocked shot.

Williams and Felicia Drummond led A&M with 15 points apiece.

Fulgham finished with a game-high 16, including the game-winner.
