BIRMINGHAM - Alabama A&M guard Whiquitta Tobar led all scorers with 20 points and came close to a triple-double with eight rebounds and eight assists.
Sophomore forward Jasmine Sanders was behind Tobar with 12 points on the afternoon. The Lady Bulldogs, meanwhile, had its own four-game winning streak snapped to fall to 4-3 on the year with the loss.
For the game, A&M shot a slight better percentage than the Blazers 33% to 31%, while the Blazers held a 50-29 rebounding advantage.
