Lady Bulldogs at UNC on ESPN3

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- The Alabama A&M women's basketball team is on "Tobacco Road" to take on the Lady Tar Heels of North Carolina.

The Lady Bulldogs and UNC tip off Thursday at 5 p.m. (Central Time). It is the first meeting between the two teams and the game can be seen on ESPN3.

A&M is 0-2 after opening losses at Western Kentucky and Murray State. UNC is 1-0 with a season-opening win over Alabama State last Friday.

Jameica Cobb leads A&M with 14 points and 5 rebounds per game and Hilary Williams is averaging 10.5 points and 2 assists per game.

The Lady Bulldogs make their season home debut Nov. 22 when Concordia visits Elmore Gym for a 6 p.m. tipoff.
