Gameday: Bulldogs host Prairie View A&M in battle of SWAC unbeatens

HUNTSVILLE -- When the Bulldogs faced Prairie View A&M one year ago, the two teams combined for nearly 1,100 yards of offense, 52 first downs and 102 points.

The Bulldogs lost the wild West shootout 53-49 after mounting a strong second-half comeback.

Today, the two teams will tangle in the seventh annual Louis Crews Classic. Kickoff is 6 p.m.

Both teams enter the game with 1-0 records in the Southwestern Athletic Conference. The Bulldogs are coming off a strong 35-16 win at Mississippi Valley State while the Panthers lost at Texas A&M 67-0.
