Gameday: Bulldogs host Jackson State in SWAC finale

HUNTSVILLE -- The Alabama A&M football team is striving for a bit of perfection in the final two games of the season.

The Bulldogs host Jackson State at 1 p.m. today with a program standard on the line.

A&M has a chance to finish unbeaten at home this season for the first time as a NCAA Division IAA/FCS member of the Southwestern Athletic Conference.

Currently, the Bulldogs are 3-0 this season in Louis Crews Stadium. With games against the Tigers today and Kentucky State next Saturday (Nov. 18), A&M will have a shot at 5-0.

The goal is something Head Coach James Spady has pointed toward as the season winds down.

And a first step is today's game with Jackson State.

In honor of Veterans Day and those who served and are currently serving in the military, all veterans will be admitted free to today's game. Just present a military ID at the general admission gate.
