The Alabama A&M women's basketball team dropped a 58-49 decision to Jackson State Thursday evening in the Lee. E. Williams Complex in Jackson, Miss. AAMU was led in the loss by freshman Lauren McKee with 22 points and she added four rebounds. Classmate Alisha Davis contributed 11 points and four rebounds. Freshman Courtney Eggleston scored eight rebounds for the Lady Bulldogs and senior Ebony Johnson led A&M with five rebounds.

Against the Opponent
The Alabama A&M women's basketball team dropped a 68-53 decision to Grambling State on Wednesday, Jan. 4 in the T.M. Elmore Gym. The Lady Bulldogs fell 2-9 on the season, while the Lady Tigers moved to 4-9 overall. Josta Totten had a team-leading 11 points for a new season high, beating her previous best of 9 points that she had against Samford. Ebony Johnson also scored in double figures with 10 points, while Hilary Williams had eight points, and both Lauren McKee and Jameica Cobb added eight. Cobb led the Lady Bulldogs with seven rebounds followed by Johnson's six. Williams had four assists for the Lady Bulldogs.
