HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — The date has been circled on Margaret Richards' calendar for a while.

Home-openers are special.

And for Richards and her Alabama A&M women's basketball team, that time has arrived.

The opening tip-off at Elmore Gymnasium is at 11 a.m. For the home-opener, admission is free.
