Women's Basketball set to host Southeastern Louisiana

HUNTSVILLE — Alabama A&M fans have an opportunity to see one last home basketball game before conference play begins.

The Alabama A&M women's basketball team hosts Southeastern Louisiana Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m.

Alabama A&M (2-6) is trying to snap a two-game losing skid before traveling to Jacksonville, Fla. to close out the non-conference schedule at the North Florida Holiday Classic.

Nigeria Jones leads Alabama A&M with 8.8 points and 3.5 rebounds per game, while Jameica Cobb is scoring 7.3 points per game.

Southeastern Louisiana (4-3), which plays in the Southland Conference, also is trying to snap a two-game losing skid.
