After the doubles portion, Auburn wasted no time during singles as freshman
Divesh Gahlot (Haryana, India) fell 6-1, 6-1 to Ross at No. 3 and Chang was defeated 6-0, 6-2 by Giddens at No. 6. Arana Rios fell 6-3, 6-1 to Jan Galka at No. 1 while Lawrence was defeated 6-3, 6-2 by Raab at No. 5. Spencer Gray delivered a 6-1, 6-4 decision against
Matis Torres Ramis at No. 2. and sophomore
Natiphat Mulada (Korat, Thailand) rallied before falling 6-0, 7-6 against Will Nolan at No. 2.
