THE HILL | The Alabama A&M University Department of Athletics announced an opportunity to meet the 2024-25 Bulldog men's and women's basketball teams and this year, the theme is Spookfest, set for Halloween night at the AAMU Event Center.
The event, slated for 6 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31, as fans will have the opportunity to meet-and-greet with the Bulldog basketball programs.
The evening will begin with an autograph session with coaches and student-athletes 6 p.m., with the event starting on the court at 7 p.m.
This event, free and open to the public, will be a great opportunity to see the basketball programs for the first time prior to the season beginning on Nov. 4. There will be plenty of entertaining options, with live music, a 3-point contest, skills challenge and dunk contest.
The Alabama A&M women will have an exhibition game on Nov. 4 against Oakwood (6:30 p.m.) and will tip-off the regular season against nationally ranked Alabama on Thursday, Nov. 7 at the AAMU Event Center. The Crimson Tide will be the first-ever SEC opponent to visit the Alabama A&M campus.
Meanwhile, the Alabama A&M men also begin its regular season on Nov. 7, playing host to Oakwood. The Bulldogs and Ambassadors tip-off at 5:30 p.m., with the women's game to follow at 7:30 p.m.
