HUNTSVILLE, Ala. | The Alabama A&M University men's basketball team looks to take its three-game Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) winning streak on the road as the Bulldogs visit Bethune-Cookman on Saturday and conclude its road swing on Monday at Florida A&M.
Tip-off against the Wildcats is set for 3 p.m. from Moore Gymnasium, and 7 p.m. at Florida A&M on Monday from the Al Lawson Center.
Alabama A&M (8-18 overall, 7-6 SWAC) has stormed back into the conference tournament picture after winning five out the previous six games, including home victories over Mississippi Valley State and Arkansas-Pine Bluff. Bethune-Cookman (12-14, 7-6) enters the game on a two-game skid after falling, 61-60, to Jackson State on Monday. Florida A&M (4-20, 2-11), which plays host to Alabama State on Saturday, is riding a six-game losing streak, with its last win coming on Jan. 29, an 88-86 win at home against Jackson State.

Jayland Randall's putback bucket gave Alabama A&M the lead for good as the Bulldogs held off the Wildcats, 72-68.
Omari Peek came off the bench to provide 16 points and four rebounds, while
Cameron Tucker added nine points as the Bulldogs overcame an injury to leading scorer
Dailin Smith to pick up the conference win.
Jakobi Heady and Dhason Dyson registered 16 and 14 points, respectively, while Zion Harmon and Derrick Carter-Hollinger Jr. added 13 each to pace Bethune-Cookman.
LAST MEETING VERSUS FLORIDA A&M
The Rattlers led, 34-30, at the break, but could not overcome a big second half as the Bulldogs outscored FAMU, 73-61, in the second half to earn the win.
The Bulldogs went to the foul line 34 times, shooting 76.5 percent as
Dailin Smith led four AAMU players in double figures with 15 points.
Cameron Tucker and
Lorenzo Downey recorded 11 and 10 points, respectively, and
EJ Williams poured in 10 points.
Jalen Speer led all scorers with 22 points and Shannon Grant added 12 points and eight boards in the road loss.
