BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | The Alabama A&M University football team will be in primetime action this season for one game as the Bulldogs shifted their schedule and will meet Grambling State on Thursday, Nov. 14 from Louis Crews Stadium on ESPNU, the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) announced on Thursday.

Alabama A&M and Grambling State were originally slated for a Saturday kickoff, but ESPNU elected to broadcast the game, moving the contest to a Thursday night. Kickoff against the Tigers will be at 7 p.m. from Louis Crews Stadium.

Alabama A&M has won the past two meetings over Grambling State and is seeking its first-ever three-game winning streak over the Tigers, who enter this season under first-year head coach Mickey Joseph.

The SWAC, in conjunction, with ESPN, announced a slate of seven games air on ESPN Networks, beginning with the MEAC/SWAC Challenge on Aug. 24 as Norfolk State meets Florida A&M in Atlanta on ABC.
