BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | Alabama A&M University defensive lineman Nick Glenn and offensive lineman Tyrell Lawrence were selected on Monday to the 2025 Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Preseason Second Team.
 
Glenn, who registered three quarterback hurries, saw action in all 12 games for the Bulldogs last season. He posted 29 total tackles, including seven solo stops. In addition, he added five tackles for loss, with a half sack. 
 
Lawrence, a member of the Phil Steele 2024 SWAC postseason team, helped the Bulldog offense rank tops in the SWAC in total offense (444.5 yards per game) and passing offense (260.5 yards per game).
 
Alabama A&M opens the season on Aug. 30 at Arkansas, with a 3:15 p.m. kickoff from Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium and televised on the SEC Network. The Bulldogs' home opener is a one week later (Sept. 6) with the 15^th Annual Louis Crews Classic against Alcorn State.
