BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | Alabama A&M University women's basketball has been selected to finish second in the 2026-27 Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Women's Basketball Predicted Order of Finish, the league announced Tuesday.
The Lady Bulldogs collected 229 points and eight first-place votes, finishing just five points behind preseason favorite Southern, which received 234 points and 10 first-place votes.
Alabama A&M's second-place projection places the Lady Bulldogs among the conference's top contenders heading into the 2026-27 season.
