Brown, Hudson-Davis to Represent Bulldogs at SWAC Football Media Day

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | Quarterback Cornelious Brown IV and defensive back Jeremiah Hudson-Davis will represent Alabama A&M University at the 2026 Southwestern Athletic Conference annual SWAC Football Media Day at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15 at the Sheraton-Birmingham. 
 
Alabama A&M head football coach Sam Shade, who enters his second season on The Hill, will join the rest of the SWAC head coaches to address the media about the upcoming 2026 football season.
 
Hudson-Davis registered 31 total tackles, with 12 solo stops in the secondary for AAMU. The Fairfield, Ala. native forced one fumble and had two pass breakups during the 2025 season.
 
Brown returns for another year that saw his 2025 campaign cut short due to an injury. He went 81-of-125 passing for 1,060 yards and seven touchdowns. He had just one interception in those 125 attempts. The Birmingham, Ala. native averaged 265.0 yards per game to bolster the offense.
 
Alabama A&M kicks off the 2026 season with the annual MEAC/SWAC Challenge on Saturday, Aug. 29  against Howard in Atlanta, Ga. Kickoff against the Bison is set for 6:30 p.m. (CT) from Center Parc Stadium and nationally televised on ABC. The Bulldogs will have their home opener one week later with the 16th Annual Louis Crews Classic as AAMU plays host to Miles College.

The AAMU Ticket Office is open from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and is located at Louis Crews Stadium.
