2013 Stadium Safety Guidelines

Welcome to another exciting season of Alabama A&M Football!
 
Whether you are a long time season ticket holder or a first time visitor to Louis Crews Stadium, we thank you for being a part of the Bulldogs football tradition. In order to help make your trip to "The Hill" easier and more enjoyable, we have created this brief fan guide for you that provides basic transportation guidelines, to the changes at Louis Crews stadium in 2013.
 
Safety is of the highest priority for our athletics events patrons.  Alabama A&M University is taking reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of everyone entering Louis Crews Stadium.  For your safety and enjoyment, please adhere to the following guidance:
 

All guests and guests’ bags will be subject to screening (metal detectors and bag search) before entering any athletic event at Alabama A&M University.
 
All persons specifically consent to and are subject to bag inspections prior to entry.


Any person or property that could affect the safety of Louis Crews Stadium occupants/property shall be denied entry.


Alabama A&M Athletics encourage guests to arrive at least 60 minutes prior to kick-off to avoid lines and to enjoy pregame in-stadium activities.


Louis Crews Stadium gates open two hours prior to the start of every home game.
 
Alabama A&M University prohibits the possession, transportation, and use of any dangerous or potentially dangerous weapons or instruments, including but not limited to those described below on all university properties.
 

The following items are prohibited:
 
Firearms, Knives, Explosives or Weapons of Any Kind
 
Backpacks, briefcases and bags.  Exceptions: Small purses (no larger than 8"x11.5"), fanny packs and diaper bags are allowed but WILL BE SEARCHED BY EVENT STAFF.

Cameras… large lens cameras, cameras with a stand or tripod and Video cameras are not permitted, without a valid pass

Umbrellas and any other devices that may interfere with and/or distract any sports participant or fellow fans are strictly prohibited.

Prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle or discarded - NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
 
Patrons who refuse to allow visual inspections of contents of bags or purses will be denied entry to the athletic facility.
 
Guests who are or appear to be intoxicated and/or unmanageable will not be permitted into any Alabama A&M University athletic facility.
 
These rules and procedures are applicable to faculty, staff, visitors (invited or uninvited), contractors, and guests at any University facility or event.
 
Re-entry to stadium is not permitted, once a guest leaves the facility.
 
Parking has changed just a bit as the Bulldogs introduce a new map allowing more areas for parking on campus. Skybox Holders, VIP Visitors, Disabled VIP and Buses will be able to park in Zone D. Bulldog 1000 members, Board Members, Cabinet Members, Season Ticket Package Holders, Media, Disabled Fans, and Vendors will now park in the reserved lot across from the home grandstands of Louis Crews.

Bulldog Club Members at a certain level, Disabled Bulldog Members, football coaches & spouses will continue to park in Zone E.  All Tailgaters will continue to park in Zone B.  All other individuals with no parking pass will park in all the general parking areas located in Zones A-2, B-3, and C.
