Since moving to NCAA Division I following the 1999 season, Alabama A&M softball has produced 43 All-Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) selections from 24 different individuals.

Of these, 25 have been First-Team selections along with five Player of the Year honorees, a Pitcher of the Year and two Newcomer and Freshman of the Year choices apiece. The First-Team selections include the four honorees from the 2004 squad when only one team was selected.

Most recently, freshman outfielder Allyson Riches and second baseman Lauryn Gross were named First-Team selections in 2022.
