Jasmine McNeal joins the Lady Bulldogs for the 2017-18 campaign as the graduate assistant after spending two years at Lane College as a student-athlete.
“Coach McNeal also is very knowledgeable of the game and will assist with outfield and hitting,” Hall said.
She seen instant success at Lane and won the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Year twice.
McNeal, was a critical part of the Lady Dragons softball team. She transferred to Lane from Los Angeles (CA) Harbor Community College.
In her first season with the Lady Dragons, she was named the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) Player of the Week three times; selected for the SIAC All-Conference Team; and finished the season as the SIAC Player of the Year. During her junior season, she had 11 homeruns and 14 doubles, with an on-base percentage of .885.
McNeal was named SIAC Player of the Year twice, the only Lane athlete in any sport ever to do. Amongst She earned his bachelor’s degree in physical education from Lane College in 2016.
