Baylee Houston joined the Alabama A&M Athletics Department as an Assistant Athletic Trainer during the summer of 2023. She comes to Huntsville following working in the Big Sky Conference for the previous 2 years with Montana State University most recently in 2022, and Weber State University back in 2021. While at Montana State she worked primarily with Women’s Basketball, along with secondary coverage of the Spirit Squad. During her time at her Alma mater Weber State she worked primarily with Football but also covered Women’s Basketball, Softball and some Volleyball. She also comes with professional experience as she worked as a summer intern for the NFL Buffalo Bills in the summer of 2021.
Baylee obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise and Fitness from the University of Bridgeport in 2019, where she was also a student-athlete. Winning the NCAA D2 Women’s College Soccer National Championship in December of 2018.
She continued on her education at Weber State University where she graduated with her Masters of Science degree in Athletic Training in May of 2021. During her education at Weber State University she also served the student-athletes working as an Athletics Academic Services Graduate Assistant.
Baylee is a NATABOC certified athletic trainer and a member of NATA. She is also licensed in the states of Washington, Montana and Alabama.Â
