Marcellus Heflin is a Richmond, Virginia native who is a driven and dedicated Sports Management professional with a strong background in athletics compliance, academics, and event management. He joins the Bulldogs staff serving as a Compliance and Academic Graduate Assistant, where he will be working towards his MBA.

Heflin earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Marking from Old Dominion University. Throughout his academic and professional experiences, he has developed a passion for collegiate athletics administration, with a particular interest in NCAA compliance and organizational leadership.
