Box Score / Alabama A&M volleyball continued its undefeated streak in the conference as they rolled past Alabama State, 3-1 Thursday at Elmore Gym. Madinah Abdullah finished with 11 kills while Clarissa Moore and Karensa Beckford had 10 kills each. With the win, the Bulldogs improve to 16-11 on the season and 7-0 in the SWAC. A&M will be back in action on Tues. Nov. 10 beginning at 7 p.m.
The Bulldogs took set one, 25-23, but the Hornets rallied to beat A&M 25-22 in the second set. The Bulldogs won the last two effortlessly, 25-12 and 25-14. Rodriguez assisted on 40 of the Bulldogs' 52 total kills. Beckford added five blocks for the A&M defense.
A&M will play its final home game on Nov. 10. The game is slated for a 7 p.m. start.
