The Southwestern Athletic Conference announced its football players of the week for games played Saturday, September 25. 

Earning his second collegiate honor this season is kicker/punter Chance Wilson.  The Huntsville native remained perfect on the season with field goals of 27 and 29 yards and 4 PATs. He has hit all 6 field goal attempts and 12 PATs on the season. He also averaged 49.3 yards per punt with a long of 52 yards in Alabama A&M’s 34-14 victory over Southern.
