NORMAL - The Alabama A&M women's soccer team dropped a 1-0 decision to the Lady Hornets of Alabama State finishing 0-3-1 in the fifth spot of the Eastern Division in the Southwestern Athletic Conference.

With the lost A&M (1-13, 0-3-1 SWAC) are officially out of the SWAC post season soccer tournament.

Linda Aboagye had five saves for the Lady Bulldogs.  ASU’s Stephanie Howard scored the lone goal in the 86^th min.

The Maroon & White will host Prairie View A&M on Friday, October 28, at 3:00 p.m. then Texas Southern on Sunday, October 29^th, at 1 p.m. at the women's soccer field.  The TSU and PV game do not count as conference games due to the school’s Western Division alliance.
