A&M Volleyball loses final match of Morehead Tournament

Box Score Normal—The Alabama A&M women’s volleyball team lost in three games to the Comfort Inn & Suites Invitational tournament host Morehead State University today in Morehead Kentucky.

The Lady Bulldogs drop to 0-7 on the year after falling in three sets to the Lady Eagles.

The Maroon & White finished the game tallying 33 kills, a hitting percentage of .256 and 31 assists.

Junior setter Ashley Forman of Columbus, GA had all 31 assists for A&M. Defensively the Lady Bulldogs finished with 32 digs-led by senior Mariah Brown with nine and two team blocks.

AAMU will regroup and try for their first win of the season when they travel to Chattanooga, Tennessee to face the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga on
Sept. 4^th. First serve is set for 7:00 p.m.
