1966 Bulldogs to be recognized at Maroon & White Game

HUNTSVILLE -- It'll be chilly Saturday morning but the action will warm up at the Maroon & White Spring Football Game.

The 1966 Bulldogs football team, which was the last team to go undefeated in the regular season, will be honored by taking part in several activities leading up to the annual game. Kickoff is 10:30 a.m.

The '66 team will be treated to a breakfast, take a tour of the facilities and sit in on the offensive and defensive meetings.

There is no charge for admission to the game which is the culmination of the Bulldogs' spring football drills.

A&M opens the season Sept. 3 at Middle Tennessee State University.

The home opener is Sept. 17 when Prairie View A&M visits. It is also the annual Louis Crews Classic.
