A&M's Jodi Medina among nation's top goalkeepers

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Alabama A&M goalkeeper Jodi Medina has been making her presence known on the field as she provides a solid wall for the Lady Bulldogs.

In fact, she has posted numbers that place her among the top netminders in NCAA Division I women's soccer.

Medina, a freshman from Coral Springs, Fla., leads the nation with 94 saves and she is third with an average of 8.44 saves per game.

Tuesday, Medina and her A&M teammates will host Talladega College in an non-conference game. Kickoff is 4 p.m.
