Lady Bulldogs to Host Dig Pink Volleyball Game Tuesday Night

HUNTSVILLE, Ala.– The Alabama A&M volleyball team will host their Annual Dig Pink Game in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month on Tuesday during their 7 p.m non-conference match against Jacksonville State.

The team is encouraging fans to wear pink to show support and raise awareness for the countless lives breast cancer has affected.

Admission to the match is free.

The Match-Up

The two teams will meet for the third time this season, after the Lady Bulldogs dropped two matches to Jacksonville State in 3-0 decisions on Sept. 16 and Sept. 19.

The Lady Bulldogs are entering the match after a 3-0 Southwestern Athletic Conference road win against Jackson State Sunday afternoon. They are 8-14 overall and 8-1 in the SWAC, while currently sitting in second place after falling to Alabama State, 3-0, last Thursday.

Jacksonville State enters the match with a 16-8 overall record and 3-3 in Ohio Valley Conference play. They won their match Saturday against Belmont, 3-2.
