HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Alabama A&M (0-3, 0-0 SWAC) women's basketball returns to the South and will make the short jaunt up I-65 to take on Belmont (2-1, 0-0 OVC) in non-conference action on Thursday, November 18. Game time is slated for 6:30 p.m. at the Curb Event Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
The Bulldogs come into the game following an 88-33 decision at the hands of a strong Nebraska program on Sunday, November 14 while the Bruins fell by a 58-45 score at No. 17/20 Georgia Tech that same day.
One of the program's new series, Belmont holds a 2-0 advantage dating back to a 78-28 victory on November 24, 2015. The only other meeting came last season when the Bruins escaped Elmore Gymnasium with a 71-55 victory. This year's contest will be the first between the teams in Nashville.
