HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Alabama A&M (0-1, 0-0 SWAC) men's basketball returns to action as they head an hour and a half up the road to take on Tennessee State (2-0, 0-0 OVC) in non-conference action on Monday, November 13. Tip-off is slated for 8 p.m.
A&M enters the game having dropped an 84-76 season-opening decision to North Alabama (11/10) while TSU has won their first two games of the 2022-23 campaign, defeating Fisk (85-75 on 11/7) and South Carolina State (80-61 on 11/12).
ALL-TIME SERIES
In a series that dates back to December 12, 2003,
the Bulldogs trail 6-4, including an 82-73 loss at the Von Braun Center in the most recent meeting on November 9, 2021. The clubs alternated the first four meetings before the last of those would spearhead four straight Tigers victories from December 15, 2009 through December 1, 2012. A&M snapped that stretch with a 66-65 win in Nashville on December 3, 2013 before falling 106-66 six years later on November 5, 2019.
