HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Alabama A&M (1-5, 0-0 SWAC) men's basketball will continue the Battle of the Bulldogs as they host Fisk (1-4, 0-0 GCAC) in the first meeting between the programs on Monday, November 28. Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m. at the Event Center.
It will be the third time that A&M has faced a fellow Bulldog following games against Samford (L, 86-64 on 11/17) and Louisiana Tech (L, 80-75 on 11/23) and the final time this year. In addition to those games, Alabama A&M comes in off of the first victory of Otis Hughley's career on The Hill as they held of UT-Southern by a 90-79 score on November 25.
Fisk, meanwhile, comes in with losses to Dalton State (61-55 on 11/3), Miles (60-48 on 11/12), LeMoyne-Owen (76-72 on 11/16) and to Wilberforce (59-52 on 11/26). They notched their lone victory with their return trip to Dalton State, registering a 66-58 win on November 14.
ALL-TIME SERIES
The meeting between the two programs, at least in the program's NCAA Division I Era (1998-99), will be the first.
