NEW ORLEANS, La. – No. 4 seed Alabama A&M (4-13, 2-3 SWAC) men's tennis delivered a 4-0 victory against No. 6 seed Mississippi Valley (0-15, 0-5 SWAC) in the league quarterfinals and in a NCAA Division I men's tennis match on Friday, April 22.

Matis Torres Ramis (Mallorca, Spain) notched a 6-0, 6-0 victory at No. 5 followed by Gahlot defeating Chandler 6-0, 6-0 at No. 5 to lock up the victory.
Alabama A&M will return to the court on Saturday, April 23 at 1 p.m.to take on No.1 seed Alabama State in the SWAC Tournament semifinals.
