HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – After being road warriors over the first 10 matches of the season, Alabama A&M women's volleyball (1-9, 0-0 SWAC) returns to the friendly confines of Elmore Gymnasium for their home opener against USC Upstate (1-8, 0-0 ASUN). First serve is set for 6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13.
The Bulldogs are coming off their first win of the season and are looking to make it two in a row against teams from the Palmetto State following a 3-0 decision against South Carolina State (9/10). Meanwhile, the Spartans come in with an eight match losing streak, most recently falling 3-1 at East Tennessee State (9/10).
It is one of the briefest series history for the program as this will be just the second meeting between the clubs. The other was a 3-1 loss to USCU on September 20, 2019.
