Huntsville AL- Alabama A&M University has announced an exciting weekend of events planned for the 13th annual Louis Crews Classic. Activities leading up to the first home game of the 2023 season September 7-9 include a coach's breakfast, concert, and other events. The celebration of AAMU Athletics and legendary coach Louis Crews will feature Grand Marshalls Dean James Garner (former assistant coach), Gene Bright (former AD), Brawnski Towns (AAMU Football alumni), Curtis Harris (AAMU Football alumni/former coach), Harold Batts (AAMU Baseball alumni).

Louis Crews Classic events are as follows:

The Classic will culminate when AAMU Football hosts Lane College at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, September 9. Football season tickets remain on sale at https://aamusports.com/sports/2023/3/28/tickets.aspx as AAMU Athletics continues its "Drive for 55" campaign to enlist 5,500 season ticket holders for 2023.
