HUNTSVILLE, Ala. | The Alabama A&M University women's basketball team looks to bump their winning streak to three as the Bulldogs play host to Jackson State in a Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) game. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. from the AAMU Event Center.
 
Alabama A&M (7-8 overall, 2-1 SWAC) is currently riding a two-game winning streak after victories over Mississippi Valley State and Alcorn State. Meanwhile, Jackson State (7-6, 2-0) enters Saturday with a two-game winning streak of their own following victories over Alcorn State and Alabama State.

Kaylah Turner paced Alabama A&M with a team-high 20 points on 8-of-14 shooting with a career-tying seven rebounds and a career-high four steals as the Bulldogs held off Alcorn State 67-58 on Thursday Night.

Amiah Simmons registered 16 points on 7-of-14 shooting with three assists, two steals and one board. Darian Burgin posted 11 points while tying her career-high in steals with four as AAMU shot 47.2 percent (25-of-53) from the field.
