OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. | Alabama A&M redshirt senior defensive back Montrell Campbell was selected on Tuesday the Aeneas Williams Award HBCU DB of the Week.
 
Despite a tough 13-10 loss to Grambling State, Campbell posted three solo tackles, including one for loss, and came away with an interception that kept the Bulldogs within striking distance. His veteran presence and timely playmaking anchored Alabama A&M's defensive effort in the close battle.
 
Alabama A&M returns to action on Saturday during its Salute to Service game against Prairie View A&M. Kickoff against the Panthers is set for 2 p.m. from Louis Crews Stadium and streamed on SWAC TV.
