ATLANTA, Ga. | Juwan Bae and Eduardo Andreta earned victories on Saturday afternoon, but it wasn't enough as Georgia State picked up a 4-3 win at the GU Clarkston Tennis Complex.
Georgia State (3-4) claimed the doubles point, winning at No. 1 and No. 3. The team of Bae and
Yin Chih Lan earned a 6-2 victory at No. 2 over Cem Atlamis and Aryan Jit Singh.
In singles play, Bae won at No. 5, defeating Aleksandar Andrin, 6-5, 6-2 and Eduardo Andreta rallied to beat Sota Minami, 1-6, 6-4, 6-1. Pathange also rallied after the first set, defeating Gabriele Datei, 5-7, 6-3, 6-1. However, the Panthers earned the win with victories at No. 2, No. 3 and No. 6.
